IP is Linked, but nothing is working

A couple of weeks ago I noticed NDNS stopped working. I have a Cudy P5 router with DNS set. I'm not running any profiles on my devices, but normally after linking the IP I get the green dot indicating NDNS is working and all my settings reflect that. Now, after I link, I get the orange dot stating I'm using NDNS with no profile. My DNS is set on my machine to pull from my router, so I don't know why after months of this setup it would stop working?

    I now have the cli and profile installed on my mac and it's not working.

    Someone on reddit answered almost immediately. I had secure DNS enabled to Nextdns in Chrome, turned that off and all was well.
