localhost resolved via DNSSEC??

In my logs, there's a query for the hostname "localhost". Fairly innocuous by itself, but when expanding the entry, it states that the domain was "verified by DNSSEC". localhost shouldn't resolve to anything on the internet  What does this imply, exactly? Should I be concerned? I'm thinking something along the lines of DNS rebinding perhaps, but I'm no expert.
