NextDNS for Routers - Sites not blocked

I have configured my router (pfSense) as per the documentation for routers and have my workstation's DNS set to the router. In my parental control settings I have disabled porn however I can still visit porn sites. Why is it not getting blocked? If I check the logs in the dashboard I see the URL's come up as blocked however I can still browse them on the PC's.
