False positives on NRDs

It looks like something is up with NRD protection. NextDNS has started to flag trafficmanager.net and akadns.net as Newly Registered Domains, which is disrupting Microsoft and Apple services when NRD is enabled. Neither of these domains is recently registered and they're quite common. I've disabled NRD protections for now, but wanted to raise this as a bug since it is affecting two major domains directly.

Edit #1.  Also affecting nelreports.com, akamaized.net, l-msedge.net

Edit #2. It's...widespread. Not everything but a lot of CDNs and other services. Google seems okay but anything reliant on Akamai, Cloudfront, etc., seem to be hard hit.

All .net domains ended up being blocked by the NRD feature for an hour due to a bug in our system, we fixed it immediately (sorry about that :/). We will be adding more safeguards next week.

Romain Cointepas while it has been resolved it was affecting more than just .net domains. I was seeing Cloudflare.com being blocked also.

Do you have any additional details on what caused the issue?

Yes! This just started happening like 10 mins ago. Half of the internet is not working 😅 These are definitely not all newly registered domains.
