Incorrect Routing
Why would NextDNS choose London as primary and Dubai as secondary despite Dubai's latency being 10 times less than London?

Because dxb is only announced on secondary. This will improve soon.

Olivier Poitrey thanks for the reply but what is that supposed to mean? So Dubai will never be primary?

Mujtaba Mir we never use the same PoP in both primary and secondary for redundancy purpose. To have Dubai on both, we need a second PoP in Dubai, which is something that will eventually happen.
In the meantime, we will try to route you to a closer PoP than London for primary.

Olivier Poitrey thanks for the explanation, looking at ping.nextdns.io show there are 2 pops in DXB now but Singapore is still preferred over them. Will this change?

Olivier Poitrey Thanks for the reply. I am on my Windows 10 machine, connected using DoH and still see Singapore chosen over DXB. Can you please fix this?
