Logs filter by allowed queries only
In addition to filter logs by 'Blocked queries only', there should also be option to see 'Allowed queries only'

Also if additional filter options can be added like:
1. ability to filter out user provided domains in a comma separated list

Yes! Logs are interesting for either 'is this not working because it was blocked' or 'what is happening that might be undesirable'; only the former can currently be filtered on, and I don't see any reason for wanting to see both at once.
Also, please, combine duplicate entries. Even if only connectivity.gstatic.google.com. (Responsible for 1M of my 1.5M monthly queries - you can imagine how useful logs and analytics are...)
