Ultra low Anycast latency issues

Ultra low is sometimes slower than usual in other countries, In my opinion, ultra low latency servers is probably specifically made for US citizens, and unfortunately, there is no current solution to automatically choose the best dns server, a workaround is to manually use those fast dns servers, here are the dns servers of ultra low and anycast:
