crypto jacking list

Spamhaus now allows free access to the DNS Firewall(4 different feeds via RPZ). I ran a portion of the coinblocker.srv list(6934) which has 288223 domains listed against one of the NextDNS resolver and 3218 were blocked by AI-Driven Threat Detection and 3016 were blocked by CryptoJacking. So over 50% of the queries we're successful and would not block domains hosting crypto mining. 

 I think this would an easy improvement to NextDNS to get this feed and redistribute it to the nodes.
