Do you realize the help site help.NextDNS.io and your account site my.NextDNS.io are completely separate? They each have their own username and password.

This actually makes no sense, because its literally the same company. Can we get an admin here?

Jing Xu  you can complain but it’s not going to change anything.   If an admin decides to answer you, they’re going to tell you the same thing.

btw, they are different sites for a reason.   The folks here on support don’t need to know which user of the service is you.

Calvin Hobbes I see your point, I should've stated my main problem clearly, which is that I can't even reset my password on .io

Did you already signup via https://my.nextdns.io/login? If not, you will need to do so by clicking the " Sign up" bottom near the bottom of this login page

https://help.nextdns.io/login (The Help Center/Forum is technically its own site with its own account & sign up process)

Signing up on the "my.nextdns.io" site doesn't automatically sign you up on the "help.nextdns.io" site nor vice versa

    help.nextdns.io -

You can check more on this but it doesn't matter.

    1. Try with another browser.

    2. Try from a different network, Wi-Fi, mobile data.

    3. Try from another device.

    - The problem is on your end and not on NextDNS, you are the only one making a scene. If it wasn't, there will have been many users complaining.

I suspect that something is blocking api.nextdns.io.

losnad Dude isn't even trying.   For some reason, he insists his help account should also work with the user account.    It's a layer 8 problem.

It's common this days for the modern humans to not try to solve the problems or to understand how things works even when it is so easy to search for answers or solutions.

I see it on other places to, asking the same thing over and over again before even searching and reading a few comments.

losnad so what is your point telling me the ip address of the web and the URL of the site again? My problem is that I can't even reset my password on my.nextdns.io

I already paid for a year of subscription and I can't access it in no way.

So all of you guys are saying a common user trying to access my account that is the same domain is not going to work? I already have an account in the first place then won't I be able to access it?

Jing Xu We’re saying you don’t have an account at my.nextdns.io. You obviously have an account at help.nextdns.io. They are separate, unrelated, accounts. Even if you believe it’s not right or unfair for some reason, that’s how it works.
