NextDNS and routers

Will there be an OPNsense plugin that has the same features/capabilities of the CLI anytime soon?   If not OPNsense then either Firewalla or Unifi USG?

    You can try AdGuard UI.  It allows you to install in pfsense and opensense.  UI is gorgeous and you can choose which DNS to use and keep track of the clients
