Suggest Blocklists to use.
Please which blocklists to use under Privacy section.
My requirements are:
1) I need good ad blockers to block as much ads and trackers as possible.
2) I need good security from malicious sites.
3) I need blocklists that do not slow down the DNS speeds but may have an effect of speeding it up instead.

DynamicNotSlow OISD is alone may be good enough for security from malicious sites. But is it enough for ads blocking? I mean there's a site for adblocker test which gives a score out of 100. With just OISD it gave only 47 points out of 100. But with Adguard dns filter and ENERGIZED ULTIMATE... It scores a 69.

If you don't care about app/site functionality possibly breaking then you can use the energized ultimate + energized extreme extension blocklists as the energized family of blocklists usually have the most entries compared to others
Notes: As of this writing though, Energized hasn't updated their lists in a couple of weeks. Also this is all server side blocking so it doesn't matter how many blocklists you use, it doesn't impact dns performance
