When using NextDNS, unsubscribing from email spam is really cumbersome

NextDNS is doing its job, but the result is that every attempt to unsubscribe from a spam email becomes pretty annoying.

1. I click an unsubscribe link in an email

2. The resultant browser tab fails on DNS query because of NextDNS's blacklist for the domain that the email sender is using for managing subscriptions

3. I have to take that domain, either from the browser or from the logs (enable them first, in my case) and whitelist the domain.

3a. Even here, why doesn't the log have a "whitelist" button next to a log entry. Much better than copy/pasting to the Whitelist tab.

4. I have to flush my local DNS before refreshing the unsubscribe page. This will always happen because upon my first click on the unsubscribe link, I can't know in advance if it'll be blocked or even which domain in a set of redirects will be the one to be blocked.

5. Sometimes I have to do this multiple times for a single unsubscribe attempt, due to multiple domains being involved, or a redirect after I submit the unsubscribe form.

Is there a better/faster way for this?

Can I get the NextDNS's team to weigh in on any possible improvements to make it easier?

Doesn’t “unsubscribing” from spam only confirm spammers that your email address is actively used, resulting in more spam?

I guess I might have mischaracterized the emails I'm referring to as spam emails. I mostly need unsubscribe functionality for businesses that I purposefully engaged with (ecommerce, event tickets, etc) and then they started sending me marketing email which I had no interest in.

Anyway, I tried the built-in "Allow Affiliate & Tracking Links" feature and it seems to do the work, at least in a small number of unsubscribes I tried. I'll try your lists if I see that I still have some failures.

    Thanks!
