notes on list items (deny, allow, rewrite)
While I do create notes for my blacklist items and whitelist items it would be super convenient for (paid) accounts to have a 42 character note for each list item when I am managing an account somewhere without access to my offline notes.
This idea will pair well with Rearrange List Items, or Group List Items:

This is something specifically needed when you get to education/enterprise accounts with multiple administrators. -

I completely agree on this idea. Case in point - Paramount+ requires a number of ad sites to allow some of their show extras (example Star Trek’s Ready Room). So, I figured out which ones and added them to the whitelist. However, when I am not playing shows on Paramount+ (e.g. between seasons), I turn off the whitelist items. The notes would help. (As would a group function.)
